To ensure a high quality product for each and every one of our potential customers, Rental Crates.com takes the time to make sure that each crate passes an extensive and rigorous quality and cleaning inspection. Even though our crates are made of high quality, recycled, durable plastics we understand that incidents happen, and the quality of our crates can take a toll. The last thing that we want is to provide our customer with a crate that may not be functioning properly, and to prevent this from happening the inspection process we put our crates through is very extensive.
Each crate is inspected to see if there are any damages to the exterior of the crate, if the crate is punctured or scratched beyond repair they are then taken out of our inventory, to prevent the possibility of a customer receiving it. The interior of the crate is the next area that is checked for quality insurance, if the inside of the crate has any cosmetic issues that may affect the contents of the next customers, or again has been punctured, these crates are too taken from our inventory.
The next part of the inspection process is ensuring that the lids close securely, and interlock smoothly. The lid hinges are inspected to make sure they are not damaged or would prevent the lid from closing, if there are any issues with the lid not being able to close and interlock securely these crates are taken from inventory and are repaired, in hopes that they again can be used by customers.
Once all of the crates have passed the quality inspection they are then sent to be cleaned by our designated team of cleaners. The crews, to ensure that all of the contents that will be placed within the crate will be fresh, first hand wash each crate. They are then placed to air dry, once the drying is completed the crews then take each crate again and inspect the inside to ensure that there isn’t any debris or residue within the crate.
Once the interior of the crates are cleared and properly cleaned the cleaning crew then once more cleans them. Before the crates can be officially placed back in circulation the cleaning crews scrub and clean the exterior of each crate. They pay special attention to the details and smaller areas on the crates, such as the ergonomic handles, to ensure that they are sanitary for the next customer.
Finally, a supervisor inspects each crate to ensure that they meet the quality and sanitary standards that are set by Rental Crates.com. Once the crates are completed the crews then move onto the cleaning and inspecting of the crate skates. Each skate is inspected to ensure they work and roll properly, as well as making sure the crates fit securely in the skate. If the skates pass the quality inspection they are then sent to be cleaned by the cleaning crews.
The first part of the cleaning process is to clean the actual wheels on the skates, to ensure there is no residue on the wheels that may transfer to the floor. Once the wheels have been cleaned the nesting portion of the skates are then cleaned and scrubbed to ensure there is no residue build up or gunk that may affect the crates. By cleaning the skates this ensures that the crates too will remain cleaned and residue free as it starts from the skates up.
Our cleaning crews strive to deliver a quality and clean product time and time again, and at Rental Crates.com we promise that each and every crate that is used has been cleaned and inspected, to ensure the upmost quality and cleanliness.
